Refunds and Replacements


We want everyone who wears our awesome RelaxUltimaTM neck massager to feel soothing comfort, pain reduction, and quality of life improvement so many customers love. However, we understand that everyone may not see the same benefitfrom our neck massager!


If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see instructions below to request a refund or replacements.


Did your unit arrive damaged or parts missing? (very rare) If so, email us picture(s) + description of issue + receipt / legal proof of purchase to support@relaxultima.com WITHIN 7 business days of receiving the items so we can send you a replacement ASAP.


Requirements for return/replacement


Refund Request including reason within 30 calendar days from the day purchased.


Replacement Request including reason within 1 YEAR from the day purchased.


Refund and Replacement will not be provided where:

  • The Refund is requested beyond 30 calendar days of purchasing the product.
  • The Replacement is requested beyond 1 year of purchasing the product.
  • Any fault or damage of the product caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foregin bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) , improper installation or operation, abnormal use, pet chewing it, car running it over, dropping it too many times, liquid spilling on it, corrosion, electrical outlet problems, etc.
  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.


Refund and Replacement Instructions

  1. Contact support@relaxultima.com to apply for refund or replacement, with the following information:
    • Product Name and quantity
    • Reason of the request
    • Images or videos of the product
    • Legal proof of purchase
  2. Pre-approval required on all returns/replacements. One approved you will receive instructions for the process. Please do not send in the product until you receive the instructions from us.
  3. You need to pay for any return shipping to the designated address. Tech Deals will be responsible for the shipping cost only if original item(s) arrived damaged or missing items – in some cases we may be able to ship you the missing part and you don’t have to ship your item(s) back.
  4.  If your return is missing items you didn’t report on the email you may be charged a restocking fee up to 10% of the item.


Refunds Will Be Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days from the day we receive and inspect item(s) or the day we approved the request.

 

                                                         

Limited Lifetime Warranty

 

For customers purchased the Limited Lifetime Warranty, TECH DEALS warrant to the customer that is products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that such product is used and maintained in accordance with TECH DEALS’ instructions, as long as the customer owns the products. This Limited Lifetime Warranty terminates if the customer sell or otherwise transfer the products. TECH DEALS will replace its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials (the “Replacement Products”). If the Replacement Products were defective upon the second replacement, TECH DEALS will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.

 

Warranty Exception

 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Warranty Policy (1) does not cover normal wear and tear; 2) does not cover any damage to any products that results from improper maintenance, improper installation, abuse, neglect, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification; (3) does not apply to any products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law; (4) does not apply to any products without proof of purchase; (5) does not cover indirect, special, consequential, and incidental damages. TEACH DEALS is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing third party parts from or to products. TECH DEALS reserve the right to change the terms of the warranty at any time and without prior notice.

 

In no event shall TECH DEALS be liable for (a) loss or damage, which as of the product’s purchase cannot be regarded as being caused by TECH DEALS’ breach of these warranty terms; or (b) losses caused by the customer’s fault, loss of data or loss of profits or benefits.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, THE PRODUCT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TECH DEALS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR LIMITED, RELATING TO THE PRODUCT AND ALL MATERIALS, INCLUDING: (1) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (2) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. TECH DEALS DOES NOT WARRANT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, THE PRODUCT, THE MATERIALS, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OR ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR THER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND DO NOT WARRANTY THAT ANY OF THOSE ISSUE WILL BE CORRECTED.
